Shipping and Returns
Shipping...
Most Orders will ship the same day as the order and are shipped via Prioity Mail or UPS.
Occasionally, some items you order may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you via email and either refund the difference to your credit card and ship the remainder of your order or place your merchandise on backorder whichever you prefer.
We always allow 2-4 weeks for shipping but in most cases your order will ship the same day as your order.
You will receive e-mail confirmation with tracking information of your packages. Note: This e-mail is a different e-mail than you Paypal order confirmation. We do not ship through paypal so the e-mail will not come from Paypal.
Returns...
Please inspect all of your merchandise upon arrival and notify us if there are any problems with your order.
You must notify us in writing (shop@mackieshae.com) within 3 days of receiving your product regarding a manufacturers defect.
When contacting us you MUST list your name, defective items, reason for return and your invoice number.
All tags must still be attached on any returns and still be in their original packaging.
Upon receiving the defective item(s) we will issue you store credit via email to be used at:www.mackieshae.com.
